PETS. We are sorry but we are unable to accept any pets.

CHILDREN. Children must be over the age of 5 years.

SMOKING. There is non smoking policy to all interior areas of Little Turrets.

V.A.T. V.A.T is included in the room price. Please note we are not V.A.T registered.

ROOMS. Check out time for all rooms is 11 am. We expect guests to arrive between the hours of 4 p.m and 7. p.m. We are happy to accept either payment in full or a deposit of 50%. The balance will be payable 7 working days before guests arrive. If guests have paid by debit or credit card then the remaining balance will be taken from that card. Please note that credit cards will be liable to a 2.8% fee. There is no charge for a debit card. Cancellation. This must be done either by e-mail or in writing 7 days before the booked date. Guests cancelling 7 days before will be given a full refund. Should you cancel less than the 7 days notice no refund will be given for any monies paid. All foods to be consumed in the kitchen area and not taken into the bedrooms. Please respect your fellow guests with regard to loud music or televisions. We are not responsible for any refunds requested due to national grid power cuts or failure. No responsibility will be accepted for any personal items left in guests rooms or public areas. There is a speed restriction of 3 miles per hour on the property.

SWIMMING POOL. There is a swimming pool within the ground of the main house but this pool is for the use of the occupants of the main house only and not for guests. We have no public liability insurance for this pool and any small children with guests must be carefully monitored.

BREAKFAST. KITCHEN AREA. Breakfast is provided from anytime A.M. Toast and various cereals, jams and spreads are available for guests to help themselves . Guests are welcome to cook supplied eggs should they wish. Drinks. There will be milk, soya milk and fresh orange juice available, Coffee and various teas. Also non dairy spreads and free- from cereal. Guests are welcome to use any breakfast foods up to 10 am. We ask that guests stack used crockery in the sink area and not directly into the dish washer. There are microwaves for guests own use. The ceramic hob may be used by guests but we do not accept any responsibility should a personal accident occur. Should you use this facility then we assume that you are cognisant with health and safety rules.

SECURITY. The electronic gates are pre-set to non opening from the hour of 11.30 pm to 5 am the following morning unless by prior request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Terms of the private policy are accepted at point of payment of booking by all guests.

We hope that these rules do not seem to strident but we want everyones stay to be happy and safe.
